14 Karat Gold

Our greatest importance is to create jewellery pieces that withstand the challenges of everyday life and last for a lifetime.

14 karat gold is known for its high quality and durability so it won’t tarnish or fade over time, even with washing and everyday wear.

Gold Vermeil

Gold Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a very specific type of premium gold finish. Vermeil jewellery is composed of a very thick layer of gold over solid sterling silverWe use a 18 karat gold plating for its warm colour, durability and preciousness.
Vermeil jewellery looks like solid gold to the naked eye, so if you want to wear high-quality jewellery without the solid gold price tag, gold vermeil is a fantastic option. It is also an excellent pick if you have allergies to metals because its made of hypoallergenic materials.

Gemstones

Precious stones play an essential part in the creation of our fine quality pieces. Therefore we select natural diamonds and other gemstones, like sapphires and pearls for the jewellery pieces. Exclusively for our Nomad collection we chose multi faceted zirconia stones. All MOSUO stones are always being handset.

Diamonds

The quality of diamonds is determined by their main features. These are: Colour, Cut, Clarity and Carat. The colour of our diamonds is graded F-I, which means “near colourless”. All diamonds used in our jewellery are full cut, meaning they have 57-58 facets and are shaped into a round brilliant cut.

The clarity refers to any imperfections in the diamond. We use so-called “eye-clean” diamonds of SI1 – SI2 clarity or higher, resulting in no visibility of inclusions to the naked eye. Carat is a measure of a diamond's weight. 1 carat equals 200 mg (0.2 g).

Zirconia

a
Cubic Zirconia is an artificially manufactured stone which offers high scratch resistance. Its multi faceted cut provides it with the characteristic, dazzling look of a natural gemstone.

Enamel

All of our enamel details are always hand-painted. This material is a type of allochromatic glass that is water resistant.
